There are 5 names under the Cover Girls title.
Last year they also did multi-cover for their anniversary issue.

wait a minute, last year they already did a multiple covers issue AND an anniversary issue ? anniversary of what ? 4 years ? 100th issue ?

I'm sure there are only 4 covergirls because there were only 4 girls' eds inside. They did not mention any other girl except the four.
BTW, I'm skeptical if Meghan's cover was actually published. I've only seen Anja on the front cover and Karlie's and Angela's covers were inside in real cover format, printed on glossy paper. But there was no Maghan's, which I really like.
