W Magazine Volume #3 2023 : Lily-Rose Depp & The Weeknd by Tyler Mitchell

I'm already sick of this project and it hasn't even begun... Lily looks stunning, though!

yeah this looks a bit like we seen it before but well executed.
when is this on newsstands?

One of those editorials that just makes me think: "I've seen worse" and promptly forget about it.

I love Lily-Rose Depp's face and could look at it for hours, but her legs are like Priyanka Chopra's neck - you could play a game where you aim to spot all the ways the stylists/photographers try to disguise a feature they consider a flaw.

When you think of the old W with Gisele covers and this lol it's worlds away from one another.
This ain't it.

I see that Tyler has just discovered vintage 1993 I&V for The Face-era aesthetic, and shamelessly ripping them off wholesale. It’s not bad actually... Must be nice to have such a hyped career while ripping others off so casually— and not knowing a thing about lighting, to boot. That Beyonce association has done wonders for someone with such limited abilities.

(BTW, Abel looks like a young Mario Sorrenti in the Lily-Rose cover…)

Finally a thread where it doesn't instantly go to her being a nepo. The face is sickening and she can pose and emote.

Lily looks amazing indeed! apparently she’s not as talented as her progenitors… but she photographs super well and looks great here.
love both images with the phones over the eyes - something tells me it’s not entirely original (?) but it’s still very cool.

Seems like they are trying to do something timeless for the eds but it came out clumsy and amateur. She looks great though.
