They could have done something very unconventional yet fashion forward in her aesthetic but this is incredibly amateur.
Just looked through his work and he's suited to photograph particular themes and age groups. With a better photographer this would have been amazing.

Story - what story?
Styling - probably her own clothes
Creative director - what creative direction?
Production - what production?

Yet the total cost of this mess must've been more than I make in one year.
