W May 2017 : Gal Gadot by Craig McDean

I think I like some of the content photos of her better than the actual cover.

I don't find her remotely attractive and the way she handled the UN controversy, by acting all proud and belittling the work of others instead of taking the high road and stepping aside, left me with a bad impression of her, one that makes her either remarkably stupid or remarkably greedy, willing to do and justify anything just to further her career full of generic Hollywood garbage.. that's her contribution, so no thanks..

Wow, didn't even know about that brouhaha...'There are so many horrible things going on in the world, and this is what you're protesting?' and 'Whoever is not a feminist is a chauvinist'. She came across as so level-headed on Ellen a year ago, and I particularly liked the fact that she wasn't desperate for the role. Seemingly not.

I'm not familiar with former UN ambassadors, but how did a comic icon end up on the list in the first place? Smells of a Hollywood PR to me, especially considering the timing.

Meh. She's really boring and average looking.

I wouldn't be impressed if that Anna Ewers edits was the fourth in the issue. Something of an afterthought tacked on at the end but the fact it's the only one is just sad.

The Jewels on His Crown editorial reminds me of this scene from Return to Oz

I don't know why but I enjoy the Jewels on his Crown ed a lot. Great cast.

Love Prager's brand of surrealism, but the decapitated heads reminds me of Sin City 1. At least it's something different for W.

Sorry, but the travel edit belong in British Vogue's More Dash Than Cash. Venetia Scott's got no business styling edits for a magazine like W, was Tonchi even thinking straight? This magazine needs a massive overhaul!
