Wow! It’s quite stunning but very Meisel.

Wow, it looks identical to many Meisel editorials. These two are so unoriginal.

Still, it's nice to look at. Vitto looks amazing.

Why is Vittoria's editorial not the sort of thing we can see reprinted in UK Vogue? It seems a lot of the decent fashion imagery posted this week has had Katie Grand's hands on it, so maybe Love is where to look from now on...

Love love love the Vitto edit, though I agree it looks like a carbon copy of Meisel's work

Vittoria's ed is beautiful. Still it is shocking how clearly derivative of Meisel's work this is.

Vitto's editorial is simply stunning!

It seems that Met and Marcus are focusing more magazine covers/editorials than campaigns...

Mert & Marcus have been producing some brilliant work lately, first Love with Kaia Gerber and now this glorious editorial with Vittoria. What a total shame the magazine felt the need to run with the lame Hollywood feature as the cover story and not this beauty with Vittoria. The opening shot with the OTT bouffant hairdo is just... captivating!

This is the first time in too long that I can say that I'm impressed by one of M&Ms editorials. Even with the whole Meisel-via-Avedon swipe, it's still a lovely story and Katie's styling is on point; you forget that she does have to in her to be not just a competent, but very talented stylist beneath the veneer of "shock" tac(ky)tics.

Vittoria's ed is too much, she carries each style with such grace and confidence. To me it doesn't feel as derivative or carbon copied as people are making it out to be. The camera work on the full body shots is not something I associate with Meisel, if anything it reminds me of I&V. The grand dame styling and the idea of showcasing a model's chamaleonic nature seem ripped off Meisel's playbook but the execution makes it feel very M&M, down to the photoshop, which feels much more artful and bolder than Meisel's

There is also a Bruce Weber edit in this issue with Stella Tennant and Jean Campbell, and it is as boring as you could imagine

2 editorials, 228 pages

^Why is CN still publishing Weber's pictures?
In the statement, Anna Wintour, artistic director of Condé Nast and editor of Vogue, and Robert A. Sauerberg Jr., chief executive of Condé Nast, said: “We are deeply disturbed by these accusations and take this very seriously. In light of these allegations, we will not be commissioning any new work with Bruce Weber and Mario Testino for the foreseeable future.”
Must be some old work:)

Just received my copy in the mail (Lawrence and Stone). My subscription end date was unaffected by the reduction in issues.

The editor's letter touted an upgrade in paper quality, but it seems a modest improvement.
