For me, Wes Gordon is proving himself to be one of the 'ones to watch' in New York. His design aesthetic is very light and easy to relate to and I absolutely love the simplicity of the basic pieces - very little fuss and details, but enough innovation regarding the shapes and cut to make them stand out.

That being said, I think it's still too early for those chainmail dresses to make a comeback as Stefano Pilati's departure at Saint Laurent was just a few seasons ago.

i think its his weakest collection yet, nothing really to like here and the styling isnt as good as before

While I like the textured textiles, most of the looks come off as mid-level department store.

The chainmail looks are impressive.
