well, one can always get their money back from LV

My friend's did break.. it was quite sad, really. She didn't take it back, though. The local LV people aren't that nice, sadly, and we have a little while longer until there is a store inside of Saks... I wouldn't buy a matte bag, they just don't seem to hold up!
