i'm not usually one to read two books at once but these two happen to be working very well together, though i think i'm going to have to force myself to finish the first because the second is quickly becoming an obsession. :heart:

I'm reading The Ocean at the End of the Lane right now. It's not my type of book at all. It's such a fantasy, but I'm surprised at how much I actually enjoy it. I'm starting to wonder why I didn't read more fantasy books as a child. I was so boring!
 
^I read The Ocean at the End of the Lane over the summer and loved it too! Like you, I'm so not a fantasy reader, but I loved this one - it reminded me of Harry Potter. I've read a couple more of Neil Gaiman's books since then. If you haven't read it yet, Neverwhere is also really great.

Death Comes to Pemberley by PD James.
Normally I don't go for Austen fan fiction (though I do love Austen...) but PD James is an exception.
