Immortality by Milan Kundera

Also the November issue of the Believer. I'm behind. I've still got the Dec/Jan issue to go.

Milan Kundera is amazing! :flower: I'm reading the Unbearable Lightness of Being right now, it's wonderful

I've also just finished reading The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, and although is is a novel, it's amazing what that book can do to open your eyes about the "greatest story ever told". When you do read it, make sure you read the preface where Dan Brown explains that all his references are based on historical fact - THEN you'll get the chills! By far one of the best novels I've ever read.

Starting on another "fluffy" novel by Jane Green soon . . .

I  that book! It's one of my all time faves. It was because of that book I picked up Immortality.

I'm 2/3 of the way through Berlin Noir by Philip Kerr. It's set in Berlin in the 1930's. It's a bit hard-boiled but it seems quite good.

Actually in my year eleven I read mostly Ibsen, Holberg and Hamsun  I'm Norwegian (studying English) ;)

I just finished reading The five people you meet in heaven. Its by the guy who wrote Tuesdays with Morrie. All I have to say is WOW. Small but powerful book. I really liked it. :flower:
