I find it very interesting from the psychoanalysis point of view. I spend lots of time drawing interpretations from it. Otherwise I must admit - it's a bit of a dull read. I still recommend it to everyone with some notions in Psychology and Psychoanalysis, it's a good exercise

That's how I was recommended the book, but I found it to be a disjointed and dull interpretation of Freud. Maybe it gets better to the end, but I didn't get to it .

Not really. I don't know too much about psychology. My primary interest is literature, but I read a little psychology as supplemental reading (such as Jung's idea of Shadow as a way to understand Conrad's "Heart of Darkness").
