^^ edie can't karma you but OBSESSED OBSESSED OBSESSED with the brown sandals with textured black socks. may have to do that soon!! never thought it would work with jeans but it looks great -- doing that with a dress would always be way too 'cutesy' for me and i thought jeans would look frumpy, but the textured sock totally solved the problem.

Surprisingly, the oversized blazer was met with an extremely negative response from a co-worker. It is (and seems) very Japanese to me, but apparently I look like I climbed out of a trash heap or a stockyard. Fantastic.

The blazer was made by a dressmaker to my mom ages ago... I love to go to my mom's old wardrobes and try all those vintage things...
Yay lafindesiecle!! I am quite obsessed with those sandals too! And to be honest I didn't think i would be wearing sandals with socks myself but I saw it, wanted to try it & liked it! You should try it to!!
