I never realised you were Dutch – I somehow thought you were in NY... and that you just didn’t meet soft, chris and faust because faust would faint whenever he saw what you were wearing. :D
 I am from New York, and have since moved to Holland. But the fainting had nothing to do with it.

Thanks softgrey, purechris, anna k, tangerine, strawberry d, and scandinavianchic :flower:

Looking amazing, everyone!

Welcome back, anna k! That dress is stunning on you.

softgrey - I like both sane and insane looks :D but the sane wins - might I ask who made the top?

and utopia - absolute perfection! :o

I prefer to admire rather than comment (since everyone here does a very good job on complements ^_^ and on putting fabulous outfits together if I may add...) but there are a couple of outfits that make me want to scream of joy!

A bit late, but Droogist....    !!!! You never seize to amaze me!!!!! I want to live in your closet!!!!! :ninja:  You have my dream wardrobe!!!! Thanks for sharing it with us.... :flower:

Anna Karina, I always admire the way you put things together! In my book, you have a very unique touch in styling your outfits.... I wish more people had this.... including me

Why do people like the people that post on here not appear to exist in the real world!?

Everyone is looking good these days. Softie - I prefered the insane look, if that was the one with the short "ra ra" skirt. I loved that!

Anna K looks lovely as always. Ditto Droogist. And Mettchen. Aaaaarrrgh too many to mention

but first...
thanks for the comments on my outfits, both sane and insane...
and yes...it was a bit too young for me to feel comfortable in...
also a bit too 'look at me'...blame it on my kickline days...^_^ ... :ninja:
*johnny...put on your glasses man!!!...i looked like some odd little fairy...
(thought of strawberry actually, and all the bruno pieters and john rocha she posts in 'what would you wear')
now you have all witnessed my 'schizo style'...
:p

That's fabulous that you got that same dress! Pretty cool that we can buy the same things when you're in NY and I'm in Oslo, Norway

Attention People!

For the sake of mine and my computer's sanity (sanities?) can we PLEASE all stop looking so fabulous! I go away for a relaxing weekend and come back and have a heart attack, hyperventilation, and a hernia from exclaiming at the style over the last 10 or so pages! Not to mention a bung thumb from taking notes on who to compliment. Ladies and Gentlemen, please fasten your seatbelts; major karmarization will be occuring for the next 20 minutes!
  • Maganda: adore the pink beads, they look like something you'd find in the most hidden away corner of the op shop (where all the real finds are)!
  • Strawberry: nice pink thinking, and i love the depth you created with the shrug and the long beads.
  • Droogist: the heels! :woot: Where did you find them!? Worked very well witht he mini, not too short at all. And kudos for the Ann Dem shirt.
  • VampireCa: gorgewah pin, great outfit. I'll be interested to see your other outfits (no pressure!)
  • Quirky: big ticks for the skirt and boots! I nearly inhaled my tongue when i saw that outfit. And THEN i saw your Costume National wedges!
  • scandinavian: lurrrve the coral dress...is it chiffon?
  • travolta: i used to own black paint splattered tights, i had to pay to re-create your look!
  • curious: loving the vintage layers
  • utopia: empire blouse :winkiss: sounds fab, will we get a pic?
  • softgrey: i like your experimentation with shapes. Your insane look seems so unlike you (i can't believe you own a ruffle skirt!) but it doesn't mean it didn't work as an ensemble. Maybe on someone else...
  • Johnny: i wish i had bumped into you on Saturday...the outfit sounds :brows:
  • tott: your messenger!! I didn't know ther was mulberry for men
  • mettchen: looking sooo adorable
  • tangerine: i've run out of superlatives so i'll just say i like your boots
Apologies if i mixed up names and outfits, i had to step away to have dinner and get sustenance before making this mammoth post :muscles:

i thought you looked very nice

Can i have a go now? I don't think i'll measure up to your calibre though...

I couldn't decide on which shoes to wear but ended up with gold saldals with little shells on them. It started pouring as i left my house (typically) so i grabbed a bone trench, but no time to re-shoot!

Me, too, Johnny!!

Soft, it was a Chanel channel :woot: Get it. My play on words! I could see Chanel sporting that outfit in a second. Cute!

The second, though was very lovely and as everyone has said, much more "you".

Coming back for the rest of you... :D

aww maybe johnny has a sweet spot for girls in rahrah skirts? Maybe a certain member here used to prance around in them before her hard-nosed lawyer days? ;)

Uniquechic, looking quite cute! Love the sound of the bone trench!

Going to the proms tonight, haven't changed yet.

white oversized wifebeater with the back straps tied together-H&M
indigo blue floaty tank top over that-Vanessa Bruno
Skinny jeans, cuffed-Levi's
Black round toe pumps with bows-Paco Gil for Poste Mistress
long ivory cord worn as a necklace with two rings on it

Am quite excited for it! Hope it's good!
