I don't look so happy because I don't know what to wear it with, its sleeveless so its quite difficult to combine nicely, any ideas?

Rei promotes some young, commercially viable Tokyo desingers, hence the connection.

For example, Rei openly promotes Jun Takashi (Undercover) as the next big thing that came out of Tokyo. Whether it is a purely commercial move or not is another question. I personally thought he is nothing special... until I saw the women's wear lookbook for the upcoming season. OMFG, it's all gorgeous .
