i'm working on it chris...
i think i could scare some people with these pics......

Thank you guys!!
Now i'm convinced that i need to keep it after i've got a Cloak jacket ^_^

travis nw8 : hehe... i'm sure there must be one great piece among your fathers clothing?? Its funny ... how one can fit into the same clothes as ones father B)
Old YSL stuff is great... i got a YSL suit from my father, which i'm planning to wear to my prom ;)

ok kids...here goes...
blk silk chiffon dress-comme des garcons
blk silk chiffon (dbl layered) pc that goes over the dress (sort of a duster)-part of the dress
2 ivory jumper/slips(it's a layering pc-it has straps like a jumper) in acetate and in fine tulle-lillith
blk lthr boots-libero

* it's hard to explain so chris just helped me take a bunch of pics...
there is a dress which is sewn sort of lopsided...you can see the ivory layer is straight...so the bottom layer is always slightly peeking out...(which i LOVE!!)
*and then there is another piece that goes over...
it is like a jkt, but it is all open in the back and it is closed in the front at the bottom, so you have to pull it over your head...(you can see that it goes around the neck)...

hope that the pics help... :flower:
chris- i look like i have no legs in the last pic...
i feel like and extra from the wizard of oz...

yeah, it's a nice coat and I think you should definitely keep it...i love pieces with a back story to them. I mean, 3/4 of the Yohji Yamamoto stuff in my wardrobe is from my dad, ain't nothin wrong with hand me downs.

Alright, that girl who took my picture has totally forgotten about it (I think). Probably won't harass her any further about it, guess it's not that big of a deal. It is what it is...

today:

-Grey wool sweater w/ asymmetrical diamond pattern covered in waves of indigo, blue, brown and peach - Dries Van Noten (took me a year of owning it to realize the pattern was asymmetrical, kinda cool now that i look at it)
-White button down shirt, untucked - Y's for Men
- White t-shirt - Bloomingdale's
- Faded dark blue jeans w/ crease marks on thighs, knees and ankles - Levi's 501
- Orange hemp/burlap/canvas sneakers - Nike SB

and here's a pic of the sneaks just cause they're so effin cool B) :

(pic from freshness mag)

softgrey...fully committed avant garde look there. love it. if i saw someone like that in real life i'd faint/drool a wee bit (not a very edifying image actually...)

:clap:soft............I can take a decent pic afterall

FTB--the sweater sounds great!!!

Softgrey ... very nice B) I see you *have* been thinking about layering ... ^_^ It's perfect as it is, of course, and needs no ornament but somehow I want to hide a black rose somewhere about your person ... ;)

Nice boots, Chris ... and that's all the pix it'll let me see, I can't remember what else I wanted to comment on ...

thanks, chris.

I just went out again and it has gotten wayyy too hot so I had to take all that off. Now I'm just wearing a distressed white tee from CdG H+ (from 80's), everything else remained intact ^_^

Baizilla - I wouldn't trade that coat  :woot:. Welcome to tFS, we need more guys here :p

Chris, that's it, I'm giving you my old leather jacket so you can do to it what you did to yours. It's seriously gorgeous :woot:

Softie, you look beautiful :flower:

i don't know if that's really neo goth...
