Urgh. I completely agree. Every time summer rolls around, I ask myself why I live in such a miserably hot, sunny, humid place.

Fashion wise, summer is sandals, lightweight dresses, and parasols. Gets kind of repetitive...

This summer:

- Stiff materials in white. I was into light white materials before but I'm really craving for more structure pieces for this summer. A white tshirt + white shorts will do.
- Constant pedicures.
- Trying out different types of chignons and braids.
- Trying out more shades of lipstick (since you can't experiment with a lot of clothes).
- Silver sandals/sneakers.
- Pretty smells of everything you add to make up for the sun/outdoors/dry exposure (shower cream, scrubs, body butters, sunscreen, hand sanitizers, blahblah, and yeah, remove one and you're screwed in the desert ).
- Extra cold beer to get through the day.
- Loud beats (though by the end of the summer all I'm craving is the silence of winter).

Anyone complaining about summer especially the Australians, I'd switch places with you guys in a second! I hate cold weather and its almost always cold in the UK and right now its freezing and getting me all depressed. There is nothing better to me than summer and sunny days
