Okay I need to know what exercise I can do to get rid of love handles? Like I don't have big ones but I just want my sides to be firm and toned too... Also what is a good exercise for your butt? I have a flat but, I just need to tone it up and make it firm! Any suggestions would be wonderful thank you!

Bump...

I was just wondering, what type of exercise should a unloved tummy revieve to become more like this...

for 2007? Or website links if possible !

A cold chisel and a mallet perhaps?

This is kind of important, are you or are you not saying that you have excess fat? If you do, you need to do aerobic exercise. If not you could try something like twist crunches...

Cardio is really your best bet. You can work your obliques by rotating your feet out when you do crunches or twisting with a crunch all you want. But if you have the layer of fat on top it won't do anything.

Genetics. B) If you're already in decent shape and you want to build a nice looking/stronger core, some of the less obvious exercises (assuming you work out) would be squats, deadlifts, powercleans, and hanging leg raises.

It's important to remember that you can't spot-tone. Your goal should be to reduce your overall body fat and increase your lean muscle mass. Eventually, the trimming will get to your waist and to your bum. If they're your problem areas, unfortunately, you will see results there last.

A combo of diet and exercise is the best. I know, I know, that sounds so cliche, but it works! Cardio is great, but don't forget to throw in some strength training (if you're tight for time, target bigger muscles like your quads and hamstrings). The cardio will help you work off some fat, while the strength training will boost your metabolism. The latter's important.

Let us know how it goes!
