My problem is that when i start jogging, after maybe 2 laps or less, my legs are already cramping and my calves really start to burn...not in a normal way either..it feels like my calve muscles are pulling and tightening and like my legs are going to burn off. So I was wondering why and how this happens, and how I could become a better runner and prevent it.
