^ Don't worry about it. Assuming you're a woman, women just don't have the capacity to build muscle like that unless they're taking some type of muscle builders.
Now that I have my car up here in the city, I do a lot less walking to get my errands done. But I have a job now, too. I only drive maybe twice a week, the other times I bike to/from work. Saturdays are a guaranteed car day, as I drive to do my various errands. I'm just so tired from the week, the last thing I want to do is walk. But I really should figure out how to incorporate more walking in.
I used to be a big runner, but I found that I started dreading my workouts, and I simply will not work out after a while if I start losing sleep over it (not exactly in the literal sense, but it's never fun going to bed knowing you've gotta get up and RUN).
