What is your Hair / Hairstyle ?

My hair is in a reddish-brown bob. I'm just waiting for it to grow, cause it's so boring. I can't do anything with my hair! It's really soft, thick and like super straight with a lot of volume in it. I can't curl it and if I colour it, it'll last for barely a week!

My hair color is black (like virtually every other person in East Asia) and it's usually very straight, which I hate because it looks like a board. But I have large layers from the chin down that are all around the head, but mainly in the front, and they go into the face instead of away. It's usually soft and shiny, mainly the day after I wash it, and I consider the texture to be fine.

Blonde, and when it comes to texture it can be anything from straight to frizzy, to curly. Just depends on what I do with it, but it's pretty versatile.

I've got red hair. It's kinda reddish gold, I guess. It's got a lot of blonde. It's really long at the moment, and naturally quite wavy (I have bed head 24/7). I'm thinking of cutting it short...

I just colored my hair white/pale purple. Guess I got inspired by some of the photo shoots with pastel colored hair I've seen around.

Right now mine is longish with fringe like usual but I want to cut it. I was even considering whether I would dare go for the cut Ginnifer Goodwin has but whenever I've gotten a bob cut I never keep it up and just let my hair grow longer again. If I got this one, I'd have to have it trimmed a lot. I'm not so sure I'm going to go that short.

I'm not really afraid because I've chopped my hair off fairly short before, but that specific cut I don't want to bother with if I'm not going to keep it up. I was going to go shorter than I am now and then see if I want to go even shorter because I'm not 100% sure which cut I even want.
I think it's funny how my family always thinks it's a big deal when someone cuts their hair short. I think it's a cultural thing where there's an attachment to longer hair, but I frankly don't feel like having long hair all the time.

Well sometimes you just have this feeling of wanting change, even though you're not sure what you really want. I understand the feeling.

My family thinks its a big deal when someone cuts their hair short too, definitely didn't like my short cut. But hey, what are they going to do?

I notice a lot of people seem to have this attachment to longer hair, in all different cultures and families. People just seem to admire and like long hair.
