Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen Eye Glam Shadow Trio in Passionate.... the quality will probably be terrible (these were super cheap) but the colors are beautiful (dark metallic red-purple, silvery taupe, and shimmery pink-mauve). i'll update if they actually turn out to be quality shadows.

I went to the Cosmetic Company Outlet not expecting to find much, but to my surprise they had a ton of great brands from Bobbi Brown, to Mac, all at discounted outlet prices!
I ended up with 5 Mac eyeshadows and a pigment. Now I just need to depot the shadows to put them into my pro palette.

the Mary Kate and Ashley shadows actually aren't too bad, for the money! they're not very pigmented but look pretty together.
today i picked up Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in "Birthday Suit". it was recommended in the Nude/Pale Lips thread. it's a rosy nude color with a tiny bit of very subtle golden shimmer, quite lovely. the color is not unlike my NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Bettina.

Imitation of Christ for Smashbox lipstick in Enchanting (LOVE it)!!
^ FashionFix, i really want that lipstick! did you have to order it? i'm considering ordering it because they're offering free shipping with any order. how does it look on? on smashbox.com it looks red, but i've seen it look darker elsewhere. a darkdark red seems perfect for fall. any info would help me make my decision.

Ooh I might have to look at that Russian Navy one! We got a colour in our store called "Hard Knock Life" in the Lippmann Vinyls, but the wear on those nail polishes is absolutely abysmal.
Anywhoo today there was a GWP at Nordstrom for Lancome, and I got the Colour Design lipstick or whatever it is in Studded (an amber, it is quite nice) and Colour Design Eyeshadow in Luring (the most beautiful iridescent, it looks green at first but also with flecks of purple and what not. Anywhoo, my GWP was ANOTHER leopard print cosmetic case (I got 4 today because all leopard stuff was on sale at my store) with a wide-toothed comb, a small Colour Design lipstick in Curtain Call, a Defencils mini mascara, a Cils Booster mini, a High Resolution wrinkle cream, and of course the all-important eyeshadow quad. This one has Luring (yay), Off The Rack, Daylight, and The New Blue.

MAC Khol Power in Feline. Gosh that color is blacker than black

I went and replaced some "staples" yesterday: YSL touche eclat (it's fabulous!), NARS blush in orgasm, Dior mascara in Black Out, and Chanel's automatic liquid eyeliner (it goes on a little dull, but it's easy to reapply/thicken the line).
Any good foundation recommendations?
