Dior Creme Apricot - love, love, love it, just as fantastic as I've heard.
Dior Top Coat - made my nails look supershiny and the polish dried quickly, it chipped the day after though, might be the polish so I'll have to test it again.

these colours are way too dark for me atm but they are colours i need in the height of summer (I tan a freaky amount, yet I am so pale in winter!) so i stocked up while I have extra $$

I was at Nordstrom Rack at Union Square on Labor Day and found a few deals:
Too Faced Poolside Primping kit - I got it for $16.97. It retailed for $42 and the total value of the products bought individually is $105. Inside the box is a makeup bag containing Lashgasm mascara, Sun Bunny bronzer, Glamour Gloss lip gloss in Peek-a-Boo, Perfect Lips Lip Liner in Perfect Nude, and Primed & Poreless Bronze Tint Face Primer. I'm honestly incredibly thrilled with this purchase. This lip gloss is my new favorite and the liner works really well with it. I'm wearing the mascara at the moment. It definitely helps curl and thicken my lashes, but it's very wet and can clump easily. At the moment I'm only wearing one coat, because I was afraid to put on another. Regardless, it still looks quite lovely. I'm trying to figure out a way to work with the bronzer, as I am very pale and it is highly pigmented. We'll see what happens, because i do like it and I don't find it too shimmery. I have yet to try the tinted face primer. There were quite a few left when I was there. If anyone's in New York City, this is quite a steal.

I have the Too Faced Naked Eye kit, which I'm in love with, so I thought I might as well give this one a go, since it's so cheap and all. So far, I've gotten a lot of wear out of the 4 neutral colors in the palette, and have played around with the blue and green. I do like them together, but I work in an office, so I can wear colors like that only so often. I have not tried the black and grey colors at the bottom, as I have deep-set eyes, but I might experiment, or use them as liner. I think this was the old Smokey Eye kit, because the new one has different colors.
Stila One Step Primecolor set of 3 in "Cool." This includes Kitten, Capri Coral, and Bronze Babe. I got this for $17.97 and I haven't made up my mind about the products yet. Capri Coral looks pretty bright, but it blends out. It might be a pretty good cheek color. I've used Kitten as an eye shadow primer or just an all-over eye color, but I'm not sure how I'll use Bronze Babe yet, given that, once again, I'm a ghost.
OPI Shatter nail polish in Black Shatter - $7.97 and what can I say? I've been waiting to get my hands on this. I think it's a staple that everyone should have. I like this color and I'm wearing it right now, but I didn't like any of the other colors I saw available. Hopefully there are more that just weren't in stock.
Leif foundation brush - It was $9.97 and I was in desperate need of a foundation brush, so I decided to try it. So far so good. I was a little worried, because I had never heard of the brand, and I'm honestly not too sure that it's even called Leif (but I hope it is).
