I am a true 5..but a TON of my Manolo pumps are a 4.5 special order which is super super annoying.. I have insanely small feet, when I was in HS we read a book the Good Earth and in it they talked about how the concubines all had small feet because they were bound, and one of my very sweet guy friends started calling me his little concubine....
