I didn't really use skin care, but I went to the dermatologist for my status appointment. She said my skin was much better, not that it was so bad to start with, but she asked how my electric razor was going and what things do I use, I told her I use shaving cream and to make this story shorter I felt pretty dumb this whole time until today I've been using shaving cream with my electric razor, and what do you know I use no cream today and it worked like it was supposed to.

BTW the reason I used shaving cream with the electric razor was because this gillete commercial showed the guy using shaving cream with his elec razor.

I still use shaving cream with my electric razor sometimes. I find it makes shaving go smoother and less irritating for my skin, especially when I haven't shaved for a few days.

I still use shaving cream with my electric razor sometimes. I find it makes shaving go smoother and less irritating for my skin, especially when I haven't shaved for a few days.

Maybe it is good for some people not for some? Maybe I am exaggerating the difference with or without cream, but at least my dermatologist told me not to use shaving cream.

Another thing she told me not to do was use any lotion, just wash my face with dove bar and meds.

The lotion part is kind of hard because I have dark skin so if I use no lotion at all my skin is going to look visibly chapped, and at work I have to look presentable so I'm still going to use a little lotion.

The bumps have all cleared up... Except for some on my nose. I guess that's where my pores are most clogged My skin is actually improving, but there isn't a shocking difference... YET!
