What Skin Care Did You Use Today?

I'm using Kenzoki line this two months. Ever heard about "belle du jour"? You'll be instructed to apply day and night. And see the results......, awesome.

I use the eye cream, that chill in the fridge before use. My eyes are soooo cool in a day. And I like the demaquillant for eyes too, its really cool.....

i used boots original beauty formula cleanser.

it's very gentle and doesn't cause any irritation which is a plus for me.

then i use some body shop vitamin e toner and then some boots anti-blemish spf 15 moisturiser

Just trial & error pretty much. Trying everything there is to try out there (that's in my budget ) and seeing what works for me, what doesnt. I have staple products from various lines, like-I know La Prairie makes a great foam cleanser, Cle De Peau Beaute-I love their cotton, Clarins-love their Skin Beauty Repair Concentrate Serum and have used it for over 10 years, Sisley makes great masks as do SK-II, Biologique-love love love their creams and P50 tonic....so really its a mix of what I find works best for me, and then seeing if they interact well with each other.

Belle de jour is a face cream, use day and night. You could try first and see the feeling of your skin... you'll be again and again apply it.

Kanebo:

Sensai Pore Clarifying Essence

followed by

Sensai Purifying Mud Soap

and then

Sensai Softening Lotion (Light)

gloriously soft skin... still some blocked pores and blackheads, but FEELS much nicer.

Seems the order should be the Mud Soap, then their Softening Lotion and followed with the Pore-Clarifying Essence.

I've been minimal with skincare past two days, yesterday was just ClarinsMen Face Wash mixed with bit of Clarins Gentle Exfoliating Refiner,
followed with Biologique Recherche P50V where I did extractions
Drenched with Evian Facial Spray
Clarins Skin Beauty Repair Concentrate (I think, I dont remember)
Aveeno SPF55

Day before was
La Prairie Purifying Creme Cleanser
mixed with La Prairie Cellular Microdermabrasion Cream
Evian Facial Spray
La Prairie Retexturizing Booster
La Prairie Radiance Cream (this does make your skin look very beautiful while you have it on, but its not hydrating enough for my skin and the second ingredient is petrolatum, which is just mineral oil under another name)
For a $550 cream there should NOT be such cheap ingredients, especially the second!

and the MA/SA instructed me TWICE to use the Essence before the Mud Soap.

just checked the instructions:

-Use before going on to Step 2 once to three times a week.

Just tried Dr Sebagh's creme high maintenance...my skin loves it. I wasnt too sure about the texture when i was applying it on my face but its left my skin with a dewy glow..i love it!
Also have been using Kiehl's ultra cleanser..its really gentle and doesnt strip the skin.

I just bought Dermalogica's Skin Smoothing Cream last week and I love it. Its a lovely lotion for normal to dry skin in the summer. I had scars from a bad breakout caused from an allergic reaction, and they are healing. I really want to buy their Microfoliant too, but I have to wait until I have enough money.

I've just started to incorporate the p50v from the biologique recherche range in my skin routine. Does anyone know if its ok to use the clarins beauty skin repair after the p50v? Also can i use a serum after the beauty skin repair?

I would say that would be much too much exfoliation - both products are pretty potent as far as that goes. Just use one at a time.

I think you could use both together during the same routine. The Microfoliant is so mild, it barely foams, it rinses off well and there's not much texture in it to feel as if you're exfoliating. I would only use the P50V for places I did extractions on, not all over my face though, if I were to have used Microfoliant same day. If not, then all over the face is fine.

As far as hylauronic acid eye cream, I think SkinCeuticals may have one.
