What Skin Care / Treatment Did You Buy Today?

1 oz jar of creme de la mer
la prairie anti-spot treatment - a whopping 165 dollars - this stuff better work.

- Shiseido Balencing Softener, I really like this stuff
- St. Ives Apricot Cleanser, it makes my skin visibly clearer in just a few days
- Vaseline, I can't live without this stuff ^_^

N.V. Perricone M.D. Alpha Lipoic Acid Eye Area Therapy,
Korres Yogurt Velvety Moisturizing Mask,
Korres White Tea Facial Fluid Gel Cleanser.

Olay eye gel. A big ol glop of this under your eyes and concealer won't sink in even in one little fine line. I actually didn't get enough gel on today and you can see the difference. The concealer is all in my fine dry lines under my eyes :(

Well since the store I work at sells bodycare almost exclusively and it was my payday, I had to get a few things.

Flowering Herbs and Lemongrass Sage lotions-two of the Classics scents, they are much lighter and perfect to put on at night. It'll go in rotation with my Peony lotion. I also got the Flowering Herbs splash, because it's a fresh, clean scent. Better than the Sea Island Cotton junk we're selling...
Also had to get Sheer Freesia bubble bath, it's one of my favourite scents of all time because it is so light and I take a lot of baths, so any extra bubble bath is great.
Finally I got the Pure Simplicty Tomato face scrub-that's a line we have in some stores but we are discontinuing unfortunately. I had heard rave reviews about the scrub, and WOW! I love it. I put it in with my Wexler products since I'm not shelling out $60 for the microbrasion system at this time and it smells good. The real test will be if it gets the acne marks off of my face or not.

Later today though I am going to get some vitamin C serum if the Natureway at our mall has some. It is the one beauty thing that I absolutely swear by, it gave me confidence in the fact that I could have a good face.

My boyfriend talked me into this

Kiehl's Blue Herbal Toner
Dermalogica Conditioning Body Wash
Ren Revivo-Lift H11 Intensive Night Serum
Ren Lipovector Peptide Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream

Shiseido cleansing foam lotion (or what its called). I really like it and the moisturizer also really works for me.

A very ripe Haas avodado, a lemon, a cucumber and yoghurt.

 :flower: good on you for making your own stuff! I have to admit that I hardly ever do.

My latest buy has been a load of omega 3 and 6 capsules. I've got rough skin on the backs of my arms which I first got when I was pregnant and has never quite gone away. I read an article which said that it could be linked to omega 3 and 6 deficiency so I thought I'd try and up my intake and see if it makes a difference.

It was last night...but one of the salons at my mall had a spa night, where for $25 I was able to get my nails done, get a facial, a hair style, a mineral makeup formula made, and I also ended up having my brows waxed. And that $25 went towards some Essie nail polishes:smile:

Demalogica eye cream face mask and special cleansing gel. I forgot which mask and cream I bought!!!

L'Oreal Skin Genesis Serum...

L'Oreal Skin Genesis is a concentrated serum with patented Pro-Xylane and Hyaluronic Spheres which are so small they can easily penetrate skin layers to lift, firm, and nourish skin from within. The result is smooth and elastic with a light reflective surface. Lightweight and non-greasy.

it's supposed to be good for correcting and preventing signs of aging in people in their 30's and up. i'm 26 so we'll see if it has any affect. i have no complaints regarding my skin but i always feel like i could do more. :innocent:
