What to wear with metallic shoes

Hey guys,
I'm quit a newbie to this forum and here comes my first question

I just bought one pair gold shoes by Supra. I thought they were kuul B)

My problem is that I dunno what to wear to them. Nothing really fits to these shoes. You guys have some advices for me?

try a pair of raw denims, as dark as possible (but not black) with a white shirt. or maybe a black t with a gold print.

white shirt + dark blue denims go with basically ANYTHING.

I love metallic shoes, especially jazz ones.. they look wonderful.. I remember the outfits by one of our members here, Estella Mare , she pulled them off like no other but I'm not sure how outrageous it would be for me to post her pics.
grey, navy.. black of course.. and a straight silhouette, plus heavy materials and textures, they match wonderfully with metallic shoes for both men and women, it makes for a more refined look, less extravagant or trendy I think. I was so close to order a pair in silver by dolce vita but regrettably chickened out at the last minute..

I love these looks by Comme des Garçons F/W 06.07, I'm sorry if it's not very helpful since it's all womenswear but I'm sure the idea is.. unisex somehow.

Actually, it costed me only 140Euro. According to them, there exist only a limited amount of 1000 However, I want to have some silver shoes too. I think Dolce and Gabbana do have some really nice ones.

I have some great gold metallics from Prada. I usually wear dark denim, or black pants as stated above.

But actually they also look really nice with a pair of gray denim pants I have.

Oh yes I remember that outfit by Estella Mare. Gorgeous. ! If I ever were to buy any metallic shoes like that, that would be my inspiration...

I really don't have much else to add. But I think since it's metallic sneakers that you have. A pair of raw jeans would be the best choice. If it were jazz shoes on the other hand, I would def. go with something like Comme des Garcons like mullet posted.

I just saw a pair of silver ones, and a pair that is like a gun metal gray color. Amazing!

I think if you're wearing mettalic shoes that you need to make sure you're wearing darker, more subdued colours. If you end up wearing bright flashy colours with the metallics it really begins to look pretentious and tacky...

Dark greys, different intensities of black and navy would be nice.
