It's not this exact dress though it looks a lot like Versus or some other Anthony Vaccarello or Alexander Wang design

yes--vaccarello was who i was thinking of. the shape of some of his labels looks like it would fit where the label is missing on the dress. quite similar elements in vaccarello's s/s 12 collection.
