Sorry I can't say definitively which collection the shoes are from, but the shot is actually from US Vogue March 2011's "PUNK'D" editorial. I would presume the shoes were from Blahik's Spring 2011 collection given the issue but I could not find them in that season's lookbook. I do hope this info brings you closer in your search .
