Jeisa: the ones you think are from i-D are actually from V-magazine photographed by Craig McDean from late 2003, the ones with Pharrell are actually from American Vogue from I think march 2004 and the last one with Madeleine Blomberg is definitely from march 2004 US Vogue.

Looks like you might be able to pick out the name of the magazine on the second page. It has two words, and after that is the date (which looks like September 2007).
