This is REALLY CREEPY:

Marlon Wayans and his brother Shawn Wayans portray FBI (agents deep undercover as high society debutantes Tiffany and Brittany in a scene from the comedy film 'White Chicks.' The film required more than $10,000 worth of make-up, blond wigs, fake breasts, blue contact lenses and outfits to complete the transformation into the women they portray.

In case you don't know who they are (with Carmen Electra):

Nevermind the Electra pic, don't know why it doesn't show up... ...here's another pic of the brothers:

this movie is so timely given the popularity of shows like the simple life 2

LoL I gotta see this movie. I seen the Wayans Brothers on trl and they were real funny

i havent seen it here in the UK as yet. :innocent: You sure youre not just a big 'puddytat?' :flower: :flower:

The frame of their face is so masculine that you can see right through the makeup and everything... overall.. I just think they look silly ... because I know waht they look like under all of it....

So they look like very homely white girls. The film looks incredibly stupid, but I may see it to see what the Wayans brothers think rich white girls act like. It could be interesting from an anthropological standpoint. I know they are spoofing the Hilton girls, mostly, so it bears keeping that in mind if you do go to watch it.

Actually, this concept would be interesting played straight. It could be done like a reverse "Black Like Me" where a couple of African-American women wear makeup and prosthetics to look Caucasian and record their experiences.

If somebody wanted to do a serious and more sociologically telling reality program, they could get a group of white women to undergo makeup and prosthetics to look black and a group of black women to undergo the makeup and prosthetics to look white, and see how their experiences of daily life pan out.

More white people need to really understand the fruits of white privilege which they feast upon every day.

I relaly don't think the Wayans' brothers movie is going to do much to break up the stereotypes that black and white people still often believe about each other, though I think the time is ripe for a cinematic presentation of Black Like Me or a reversal thereof. I think we still have a long way to go with race relations and cultural understanding, and the premise of exchanging physical identies for a short time is a fascinating one that I think people would watch and it might get some minds to churning.

They're the Wayans brothers... I seriously dont think they were even remotely trying to go for anything this deep. :P

I could understand the humor in trying to see how they think white girls act, but the plot line is that they are bodyguards for these Hilton-type sisters and when they get in a car accident they check them into a hotel, don the drag and then go to the Hamptons to "stand in" for them. Even if the drag is flawless can you really believe they could fool the sister's family and close friends? Suspended disbelief only goes so far!!

So far the reviews are pretty bad...
