Okay so I'm like 80% positive this is the Golden Filter. I've had my suspicions for a while but I'll present you with what I consider to be pretty strong evidence.
First of all, with the latest video I really think that the whole CA thing is a red herring. Most of it was too obvious when you think about it. Spelling out the album name, all the birth references, blonde hair, blah blah. Now that they're linking to a video with Britney Spears, I think a statement is trying to be made about America's pop princesses.
With that being said, here's why I think it is The Golden Filter. TGF is an electo duo based in NYC and the lead vocalist, Penelope Trappes looks similar enough to the girl in the videos to be a non distorted version of the viral girl. On April 26, 2010 their newest album Voluspa is supposed to drop. As wikipedia states:
The album Voluspa, released on UK label Brille Records on 26 April 2010, is named after the ancient Nordic poem Völuspá which relates the story of the creation of the world and its coming end. Promotion of Voluspa started on 25 January 2010 with a viral video called Open Your Eyes
In the Nordic poem, there is talk about Yggdrasil (the world tree), Volvas (seers in Norse mythology), and one in particular named Holda. Wikipedia says the following about Holda:
In Germanic folklore as established by Jacob Grimm, Frau Holda or Holle is the supernatural matron of spinning, childbirth and domestic animals, and is also associated with winter, witches and the Wild Hunt. Her name is cognate with Scandinavian beings known as the Huldra and the völva Huld
In other myths, she is also known to have a pool that all souls must enter the world by. Researching the cognate of Holda's name, the Huldras, one finds this info out (wikipedia
In Scandinavian folklore, the Huldra in (Norwegian culture, derived from a root meaning "covered" or "secret"), or the skogsrå or skogsfru/skovfrue (meaning "Lady (read, counterpart of a Lord) of the forest") or Tallemaja (pine tree Mary) in Swedish culture, is a seductive forest creature. Her name suggests that she is originally the same being as the völva Huld and the German Holda.
The huldra is a stunningly beautiful, sometimes naked woman with long hair; though from behind she is hollow like an old tree trunk, and has an animal's tail. In Norway, she has a cow's tail, and in Sweden she may have that of a cow or a fox. Further in the north of Sweden, the tail can be entirely omitted in favor of her hollow or bark-covered back.
I feel like that pretty much establishes the character in the videos. From there, just take a look at TGF's website:

and you'll see that the same tone as the videos is basically mirrored on their site. There's already a tracklisting out for TGF's new album and there are three singles (I believe) that have already dropped but I'm pretty sure that iamamiwhoami is them. The other clues just seemed to be red herrings to keep the game going.
I'm really anxious to see how this all comes to a conclusion.
