Who is the fashion queen of Hollywood?

Not so much lately, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say Kirsten Dunst. Just for the simple fact that she doesn't need a stylist, and looks so naturally dressed. You never see her wearing really super trendy stuff, or if she does, she wears it in an original way. Okay, that's all.

I'd say Nicole Richie or Rachel Zoe really. She may not be the best dressed persay but being a 'queen' doesn't mean you're the best, just the most influential and recognized, imo.
