Why Laura Bush shoulda gone for couture

At the Kennedy Center Honors, Laura Bush showed up in an Oscar de la Renta dress, only to find out that THREE OTHER WOMEN were wearing the same thing. If I were Mrs. Bush, I would have hoped that someone had given me the heads up! Especially since Oscar is her signature designer.
