If you owned the biggest share in the company it wouldn't really matter if it was your label or not. Jil Sander had her own label but she didn't have the biggest share in the company so she got kicked!

Definately own label for the independence it gives.
If I worked for an established house, it would have to be one whose overall style fits in with mine.

If i was to have my own label. My designs would look elegant and regal. Fit for
Royalty&Aristocracy. And very very upscale and pricey!!
