Second this. I don't care for models and when people talk about range it's always a bit amusing.. modeling itself does not really allow for that, it's not acting, but, especially on the runway, some models just bring a special charm to the clothes and Binx is one of them. I actually have the impression that she might be unpleasant or loud in real life lol, but she's so pretty and has a calm to her [in her job] that I much prefer over the intensity/fashion-y/zoolander-esque thing that's more associated with being a 'good' model.She's SOOOOO beautiful, I honestly think she can rest on it and it still works, stunning imagery all around.
So yeah cover works for me... then you see the story and it's... Hawaii, I guess.
That Lachlan Bailey story looks like a test shoot from Camilla Akrans in like 2007. It feels soulless. But then, I'm not even a photographer and have never been published in WSJ, so who am I to judge Lachlan's work, right? it's not trying to be ethereal enough to sell me clothes or anything.
