someone at imagist said an asian model from women milan is on hold for prada, so im assuming it's xiuli? there are no other asian mods with showcards this season.

i think she should NOT do prada. her look is NOT it. way too comical.
since asian girls @ prada is a rarity, this privilege should go to someone else with more fitting image and potential. namely, the girl next to her on post 62 [but she'll arrive after Milan ]

I really, really hope its Zhu Lin instead. If they are on hold for an exclusive, they might not have a showcard. However, it is just a hold though, and I believe there are tons and tons of models on "hold", but never really get to walk the show. I wonder if there have been any other asian models in the past on hold for Prada (not including Hye Park obviously).

how awesome if it were zhu lin. but for all we know she might be sitting infront of the computer back in china eating cup-a-noodles right now. lol.
it was also mentioned on imagist that Prada was asking agencies around for black models and they probably also asked for asians, which explains the sudden appearance of them, all in line with the company going Public i guess. everything revolves around prada prada prada. it'll be interesting to see how it plays out
