Well if she is scandanavian it would probably be "oof-ke", because a "Y" is pronounced as a "oo" sound. But I am not sure where she is from so I cannot say for sure.
Really! well, a "y" in dutch is pretty the same as english, so I guess it could be yif-ke or eef-ke. So, I guess we still don't know how to pronounce it.
