Thank you, runner!
This was such an excellent show. I love how Yohji uses various Japanese personalities and celebrities as models. It's so refreshing to see men with attitude and personality on the runway instead of the steroid robots that usually march the menswear shows. This is the only way that his clothes make sense, in my opinion. I recognize Kishidan and some look very familiar. Would anyone here happen to know or identify the others?
Also, I like how some of the clothes pick up details from his women's line, such as the pleating. That was my favorite bit.
you are welcome Uemarasan

Thank you for the link, runner! Yes, I can read a little Japanese. Ah, now I recognize more of them!
Oh, and thank you for all your hard work putting up these collections by Japanese designers! They definitely need more exposure, and we certainly need a different point of view in the fashion industry. The West is too over-represented.
not at all, Uemarasan
some of this collection will be out on june 18 at yohji stores ( not sure if it's so worldwide ).
this coat ( 126000 yen ) and pants ( 52500 ), etc
Everything is wonderful, i would wear everything, can-t wait for his ss show!!!!
I really love browsing the Yohji show photos because of the real life models & personalities. It makes the outfits more interesting and gives a lot more depth than just picturesque models walking up and down.
I would love to attend a Yohji show.
Quintessential Yohji, and for that reason I love it, even though I wouldn't wear most of the pieces.
