well, H&M is showing so much more goodwill in terms of customer service. For me customer service is the basic element for a good shop and Zara surely needs some improvement here. I hate rude SA, don't they realize that we're paying part of their salary and that their job is supposed to be customer oriented? I really hate this rude behaviour in any shops.

I totally agree with you and never liked Zara in terms of their customer service. I never
had a really helpful SA here either. We have two stores in the city and sometimes they wouldn't even bother to call the other store to inquire about an item that I was interested in but thy didn't have in my size.
Guess, you can't beat H&M's customer service.

So I went to zara this weekend, and was quite dissapointed. They had these gorgeous heeled gladiators but they were a tad too big, and their wasn't anything worth getting on sale. My zara only has 1 floor though so it's not surprising!

IMO it's better not to find anything on one floor than not finding anything on 3 floors

i suppose the zara here has a specific policy then of not accepting returns during sales period just because of them being so busy and not wanting to deal with it

no, they don't have. I have returned a dress which was on sale because after removing the locking on my dress it had a whole. So I returned it later in a different store and I got my refund.

has anybody seen this in their nearest Zara store? I bought the last one in this size here in Denmark, but it had a stain on it (I bought it anyway, just had to have it). Has anyone seen it, and could maybe buy it for me? (It think it also comes in a longer sleeved version, i´d be interested in that too!)

i saw that top today at my zara in nyc, but it wasn't on sale. and it was a size large.

i don't think the sales have started in the US yet. i was at the 34th st. store in nyc and nothing was on sale. i did see new gladiator flat sandals in suede with grommets for $99. none left in my size though. booooo.

yep, too crowded. The racks were stacked, you could not pull something out without pulling 5 other items with you causing rips in sometimes delicate silk fabrics. And you're supposed to pay € 40-€60 euros for that?

Garments all over the floor, agitated floor SA's, I was gone in 16 seconds

^yep, I could have guessed that there were too many people there. I usually go and have a look, though - you´ll never know if there´s something you absolutely cannot live without.

It doesn´t have to be on sale, I´d pay full price. But think a Large will be too large, ´cause it´s pretty loose fitted. But thanks
