Did you pay for it in cash? If not, and it's been written of your bankaccount, you could take a bank statement with you. I know it worked for some people.

I'm afraid they might not take it back. Stupid Zara policy. I once tried to return a jacket with original tags on and the original receipt but they wouldn't take it back because it was about two or three days after the four weeks in which I ws supposed to return it. They are really strict about it.

I don´t know what´s happening to me, but I just RETURNED something from Zara - instead of buying something there!!! Again!! I tried on a lot of stuff, though. And I´ll probably buy a nice knit...and some of the other things. Haha.

There is a good reason why they have all this policies, In another life I used to work for Zara In a huge store, If you knew how many things got stolen and the exact same persons would go to the store and ask for the money back or an exchange you would be surprised.

Even if they didn't manage to get the money back, because they had no bill, but got an exchange, this second time with the bill they would go to another store and ask for the money back. It was absolutely awful.
