jtothelo: Hm....not very good customer service. Was it the dress that you´re still looking for? Haven´t you got a picture of it?

Blueberry_muffin: Thanks for your comment.

I finally had a chance to check out the new Fall shipments at my Zara yesterday.
I really love the new Zara Women's Studio section - there was a selection of jackets, vests and pants which I think are all very nicely cut, but a tad pricey for Zara.
I saw the coat that Aby tried on earlier in the thread, but they didn't have my size left. Otherwise I love how it hangs and would have gotten it if it wasn't so roomy on me. I ended up with a long vest from the Studio section though and am definitely keeping an eye out for pieces from this section.
I also ended up with a navy blue/black military jacket and skirt. They would be cute together or I can forsee getting a lot of use out of them as separates.

ETA: I see that Shoegal has already tried on the jacket/skirt set that I mentioned.
And for the members in SoCal, the South Coast Plaza Zara has the Studio coat in an M, for USD$259. :flower:

Could you post a pic of the vest, please! Very curious and not sure I've seen it in the store.

Those shoes are from Zara, aren't they? If so, anybody saw them still in shops?

Stefanelle: They first came out in February and should be long gone by know. You should probarbly try to hunt down the new gladiators instead, look a couple of pages back. The ones you posted are on ebay in size 39 and 41 btw.

^Really thanks for the info!:flower: I have to find them on ebay^_^

EDIT: If only my Zara could have those great gladiators:doh:

I just saw almost exact same ones today at Zara. They're from the new collection and pretty much the same exact that they're not open toe. Looked pretty nice and definitely a good option if you weren't able to get your hands on a pair of the other ones.

i second velony's request for a pic of the long vest...
i went a few days ago and saw the ysl-esque vest (with no closure) but it looked funky...

stefanelle i saw them at mine

velony and kimair - i'll be sure to post tomorrow! i'm at my mom's house tonight and don't have it with me

I wished I had my camera but spotted and tried in the Zara woman line:

black soft leather jacket, very Rick Owens like, longer draped panels in the front, 2 strings on the side. 199 euros.

thanks for the info CherryPixie and fashionispoison, I have to go to my Zara immedietely! ^_^

So funny, I just came back from Zara and saw that exact same leather jacket. It instantly reminded me of RO. I didn't buy it because it's not really cheap (although it's not that much for a leather jacket either).
Are you considering buying it, Aby?

I bought a faux leather pencil skirt from the Basic collection. That was actually pretty cheap but then again it's not real leather.

Velony, I don't think I will get it.
I already left too much money at Zara in too little time! ;)

I spent too much time at Zara yesterday and ended up buying this...

The blouse is 100% silk and looks better in reality actually...haha
Any tips on washing silk? Thanx ;)

to wash silk: i use a tiny bit of woolite in a BIG tub of cold water, agitate the water quite a bit and let the silk soak for about 3 minutes, then let it run until clear in cold water. flat dry!

Nadine - I think I got a blouse like yours. (It´s from May, though)
