^ Nice pictures. What wouldn't I give to know how to style my hair like that

I suggest you read up on pin curls, sponge rollers, and perm rods. (mainly pin curls though!) The thing with these beautiful structured 40s waves is you have to set your hair and wait around 3-4 hours the least to take it out and comb it into place, which is why they mainly set their hair before bed. Once I learned the tricks of the trade, I set my hair everyday now  I think should you look into this! :D

This is an interview, pretty recent, with Ms. Bacall from Vanity Fair. She's my favorite actress and the most beautiful woman in the world to me, but I must say, I was really disappointed with this 'interview'. Is it just me or does she seem extremely miserable and uninterested?

Lauren Bacall
When she taught her future husband Humphrey Bogart how to whistle in her first film, To Have and Have Not, Lauren Bacall became an instant icon. The husky voice and the bedroom eyes have made her a star of never-ending allure in 38 films and on Broadway. This month she appears in Lars von Trier’s Dogville and reflects here on Marie Antoinette, Fred Astaire, and big spending.
