Does anyone know which one of these two companies is the "real" Fortuny ? They both are headquartered in Venice but have different websites and instagrams and physical locations ???? ??

This is sending me into orbit. The first one operates out of an original factory Mariano and his wife opened in Giudecca. The second one was "refounded" in 1984 by a guy named Lino Lando and in fine print on the website says "Last but not least, the company produces items of furniture such as fabrics, cushions and tapestries under the DELPHOS brand. Our fabrics are not 'Fortuny' brand fabrics. These are still produced by a different company, not related in any way to ours." HUH ???
