2012 : is the world ending? and what happens after that?

what's happening to our world? it's literally falling apart, it saddens me.

but you guys want to know something, u.s. government deployed
troops to japan 2 days ago? for what? I beginning to believe HAARP(google it) has a lot to do with all these major earthquakes and tsunami's that are happening.

HAARP has also been blamed by conspiracy theorists for a range of events, including numerous natural disasters.[3]

^that's interesting! but I don't really understand... I thought earthquakes are caused by movement of the tectonic plates... how can sending a high frequency signal into the atmosphere (or rather ionosphere) cause an earthquake?

really... how does it happen?! I mean, over A MILLION fish died OVERNIGHT - that cant just be normal pollution related...otherwise it wouldnt have been such a large amount (of a specific kind of fish) in such a short amount of time. Plus - didnt the water reports come back normal? ie-there was no chemicals thrown into the water, nothing different from the day or night before anyway.
How do people wake up one morning and there's thousands of dead birds or fish all over the place?? Regardless of the 2012 and the end of the world talk... this is just so damn strange to me.

The actual solution is alot more logical, the water around the bay had severe currents the night before, and it was rough out there - so the fish went to the bay for shelter. Unfortunately the sheer volume of fish in the water in the much smaller bay area depleted it of it's oxygen levels, so fish started to die off - causing bacteria from the bodies to multiply.

The odds of this event happening are rare, but it has happened before.

I watched some videos on youtube that blame HAARP for some of the major earthquakes such as chile and haiti... I can't really believe either that HAARP is used as a weapon... using a weapon against New Zealand? Chile? Japan?? really?
however one of the videos said most of the earthquakes over 5.0 were preceded by an electrical disturbance in the ionosphere which is what HAARP basically does, isn't it? (there are several facilities like HAARP though, it's not the only one)

There have been electrical disturbances in the ionosphere long before HAARP and its ilk. They are not always man-made. Here is an article that talks a little about it:

That's not to say that, if it were found to be true, people couldn't try to harness this as a tool (or weapon). But in this case, I find the motive for attacking Japan to be... missing completely. Ditto NZ, Chile, Haiti...

The scariest concept is the idea that no-one's in control. That the people in charge are not that much smarter than anyone else, and the structures of society aren't that well co-ordinated with each other, and that conspiracies tend to fall apart thanks to the inability of mankind to see things through to any sort of proper conclusion.

So if such a thing as an earthquake machine existed, the technology would be poorly wired because of an incompetent engineer's mistake with the measurements, while the hidden details of the project would be compromised by someone leaking secrets in return for access to underage prostitutes.

No one is attacking Japan. They are simply located near a subduction plate boundary, and the plate moves about 8 cm per year (I believe) so it is inevitable that they will experience earthquakes. Japan knows this, and have been preparing for the earthquakes by building correct structures. The damage and death toll could have been MUCH worse had they not been doing this.

It's so tragic that all these people have lost their homes and lives, I feel like crying.

Wow...Chile, Japan, Haiti...that earthquake here in California ("The Big One") that we've been basically waiting to hit us...we're next. Idk, maybe i am just paranoid or something, but the world literally is falling apart. I wouldn't be surprised if the 2011 Movie situation with the government building ships in china actually occured. Or maybe the government will launch themselves into space. I am sure they are right now!

^ That's not a far off description though. Buildings and structures are falling either from earthquakes or tsunamis or war or terrorism. Political stability is falling in the middle east and Africa. Mind you the Middle East has been in conflict since the beginning of time.

Metaphorically, the world is falling apart in all sorts of ways, but we haven't yet reached the literal stage, where bits start breaking off and making a move towards the moon. Which itself is slowly making its escape from our gravitational hold, I do believe. Today we're complaining that it's too close, but we'll miss it when it's gone, a few billion years from now.

thanks Manuva for the explanation btw I heard of that as well... it just seems to be happening in so many numbers and in different parts of the world recently (and not always given any sort of valid sounding explanation...) that it made me sceptical.

maybe it is simply just an increase in media coverage or dramatisation on these events given the 2012 hype, but with the current state of world politics, economics and natural disasters being what it is… I guess im just feeling cautious against brushing everything off as complete nonsense and conspiracy either

and I guess even if there was something shady going on, we'd probably not know about it or know what it was until it was too late...

anyway... my thoughts & prayers go out to Japan right now
