I wish I had the kind of money to directly invest in their business because I think with a little investment in some production for their shows, they’d be that closer to a stronger image for their label— and even a touch of menswear. But as is, they’re still enough to quench my yearning for Helmut in its attitude and in spirit. Actually, this show is very convincing as the lovechild of Helmut and Romeo Gigli: Tough and tender; sexy and sensual; aggressive and romantic.
