I agree with the above post. Although i've posted a few of these articles about french women and their approach to beauty i don't think there is much difference between how different cultures maintain themselves. Perhaps because there are a lot of french beauty brands and also people assoaciate france with luxury and that laid-back lifestyle they assume french women have a certain something....

^i think these days people use it as a form of marketing too
can't really say something like that for a whole culture
you could say the same for the japanese, but then you could meet a japanese girl who doesn't keep up with the maintenance.... i've never actually found one, but i have found a bunch who aren't hardcore at it and get like facials and their hair down every 2 weeks
