actually i think you are right and the brand's name is only 'akira', while the designers name is akira isogawa. maybe i should edit the thread title....

Perhaps--it was confusing to me, even though I was familiar with the label.

It's funny how the sandals in this collection are so similar to ones used in the past...I wonder what that's all about
I don't find them particularly spectacular, but they're not offensive either.
