russh_kris_z, is your edition of the book not the US Edition? I read it last week (got it from the library) and I'd swear that some of the inside photos were different.

Also, was a pregnancy ever confirmed? Because in the more recent pics we've seen she doesn't look pregnant at all.

No my edition is Australian I think the 'uk' one because the cover was also different , I wish I could buy the US one , the cover is soo pretty

Has never been confirmed that Alek was pregnant, the picture with Kimora could be a fake or simply shot from a strange angle because I've seen pictures from the same event and she looks normal, especially the even a week or two before where Alek is promoting her book.

Alek for MAC Cosmetics!! I think the photographers are Mert & Marcus - I believe they shoot for MAC (they did the Barbie campaign) but I can't get a confirmation on whether or not this is their work. I know this looks almost identical to a spread they did in W awhile back.

All that aside, doesn't Alek look gorgeous!
