to those who are interested, the t-shirt says, "flying proletariat". The jacket says, "for motherland!" kinda thing....

akhmadullina's shows have become more and more anticipatory for me, amongst the few insanely unwearable pieces, there will always be some beautiful stuff, like that braid sweater dress.

there's ALOT of really great pieces in this! the tailored stuff and the sparkle and then that intricate plaited sweater-dress....beautful. i love that tartan coat and the trompe l'oeil military shirts.

^Oh my goodness, that is trompe l'oeil!! that's cool...even though i'm not a huge fan of those. it'd be nicer without the belt/bag/epaulettes on it, just not so literal.

This is so sweet. I always look forward to the hair and make-up. Always so charming. Some aspects are a bit boy-ish this time around, though.

I always think Akhmadllina's styling detracts from the clothes but here it really works with the themes.... quite a fun take on Russian iconography - sort of kitcschy in a way..... good to see collections like these in Paris.....

the russian t shirts are really great but the crowning piece is that braided sweater!! love it!

Interesting, I would love to see more of the dresses. Especially the blue one seems to be good. I think this is an ok collection... but I think I like what the designer is wearing than what she's designed for the runway.
