Alexa Chung

about those comments, i think she has every right to clarify a situation that made her feel misunderstood. it's great to see that she still cares about what everyone thinks even though she has practically become one of the most famous faces in fashion and shows that she really does try her best to keep her feet on the ground.

bless her, I can imagine being exactly the same if I were in her position. I dont think theres anything wrong with being sensitive; Id be mortified if someone thought I was being an ***t.

Its obvious she reads fashion blogs/sites* so is bound to come across bitchy comments about her all the time. Im sure she gets sick of having to bite her tongue and not be able to give her side of the story.

although it's not that exciting in itself, it does go to show you how we can jump to the wrong conclusions. I think we all automatically believe every celebrity is difficult and thus interpret everything in that way. If Alexa hadnt replied Im guessing the majority would have easily believed that account of Waynes.

*If I was allowed to invite people to tfs I would absolutely give her an invite...she'd love it here. and no I wouldnt stalk her  :ninja:

God no wonder Alexa flipped - look at pic 4 on #3268, there are people taking photos of her at every angle.

A couple have been posted form that shoot before but I personally havent seen those particular shots. thanks :flower:

I loved her hair like that.

Alexa Talks Spots and Her Secret to Good Skin
Wow, in person, you sure do have great skin.
Thanks. It's because I’m half Chinese.
What are some of the beauty products you can’t live without?
Hmm. I don't wear much makeup. I literally never get spots. Literally. I’ve had them about one time in my life. I’m just saying, it has nothing to do with products. That’s all crap. I drink water and I have good genes. I do use Declèor. They have an oil that’s really nice because I have really dry skin actually.
When did you decide to make winged eyeliner your signature look?
I don’t think I have ever decided. It just happens, every day because I’m really boring and I don’t know what else to do! When I realized it made my eyes look better, I just stuck with it.
Who are some of your beauty icon inspirations?
I’ve always loved 60's women like Jane Birkin and Julie Christie, and this type of make up (winged eyeliner) literally suits me better than **** 80's makeup. I look **** in lipstick too. I think if I looked alright in (dark) lipstick that would be my thing.

Ok I'm half Chinese and I have definitely had my fair share of spots in my teens so it doesn't mean anything at all

I think it's probably her genes. I don't get spots, my skin isn't particularly dry and I'm Scottish hahaha

she looks great in the Nylon Japan photos

Oh that Betsey Johnson jumper dress in the Nylon shoot...
I was made for loving it and it was made for loving me but I still couldn't find it anywhere...
